Porcelain

Across Cheshire, Flintshire, Wrexham, Wirral and Merseyside.

A premium, modern surface that resists stains, fading and frost — and never needs sealing.

A professionally installed porcelain patio combines a sleek, contemporary finish with genuine strength and low maintenance requirements. It’s a surface that has been proven for its durability and colour retention — which is exactly why it performs so well in a British garden.

Available in a wide range of colours, sizes and natural stone-effect designs, porcelain suits both modern and traditional properties. Every installation is backed by our 15-year workmanship warranty, and we offer a free, no-obligation consultation to help you choose the right solution for your property and budget.

From first enquiry to finished installation

Every project follows the same careful process — designed to make sure the finished result is exactly what you envisioned and the installation performs for decades.

  • 1

    Free site visit & quotation

We come to you, assess the project, take measurements and listen carefully to what you want to achieve. A detailed, no-obligation quotation is prepared — no pressure.

  • 2

    Site preparation and excavation

The existing surface and any unwanted material is excavated to the correct depth, using modern plant and machinery wherever access allows for an efficient, clean preparation.

  • 3

    MOT Type 1 sub-base installation

A solid sub-base is laid and professionally compacted to create a stable foundation. Levels and falls are carefully set to ensure effective drainage and prevent water pooling.

  • 4

    Edging & drainage

Edging is installed to retain the surface and define a clean perimeter. Any drainage channels and inspection chambers are set to the correct levels before laying begins.

  • 5

    Bedding & laying

Slabs are bedded on a full mortar bed or screed-on-membrane system, matched to the manufacturer’s specification, and laid precisely to your chosen pattern and joint width.

  • 6

    Jointing, finishing & handover

Joints are filled with a flexible, weather-resistant compound. A final inspection is carried out before we walk you through the completed patio.

“A porcelain patio is only as good as the groundwork beneath it. We never cut corners on preparation — it’s the difference between a surface that looks perfect for twenty years and one that fails in two.”
